Forgery Type I
Characteristics
– Ends on the cross are not rectangular
– No crack in the middle of the cross
– The sailor’s collar is not shaded
Forgery Type II
Characteristics
– Crack in the middle of the cross
– Sailor’s collar as genuine
– Paper is smooth, mostly gum free
Forgery Type III
Characteristics
– As type 2 but on a rough, unfinished paper

Genuine characteristics are the same for both 30, 50 & 60 Cent, as well as 1, 2, 3, 5 & 10 Krone.
The forgeries are characterised with a crack in the middle of the cross. Exist both on smooth and rough paper.
